Getting started
The Paxvel Hub API lets your platform quote and book private airport transfers, hourly chauffeur services and airport services (fast track, VIP lounge, meet & assist) in more than 50 countries. Our operations team fulfils every live booking and keeps you updated through webhooks.
This guide takes you from zero to your first test booking in about fifteen minutes.
How access works
- Apply for access on the application page. You get a sign-in link to this portal immediately.
- We review the application, usually within one business day. When it is approved, you can create test keys under Dashboard → API keys.
- Build and test against the sandbox. Test keys return real prices but bookings never reach operations.
- Complete the go-live checklist and request live access. After approval you can create live keys.
Base URL and format
| Base URL | https://paxvelhub.com/api/v1 |
| Protocol | HTTPS only (TLS 1.2+) |
| Format | JSON request and response bodies, UTF-8 |
| Authentication | Authorization: Bearer <your key> |
| Dates and times | date = YYYY-MM-DD, time = HH:MM, both local time at the pick-up place |
| Money | Decimal numbers in your account currency, VAT included |
Every response contains a request_id. Include it when you contact us about a request.
Your first request
Check that your key works:
curl https://paxvelhub.com/api/v1/ping \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PAXVEL_KEY"{
"data": { "ok": true, "env": "test", "account": "Your Company", "currency": "EUR", "time": "2026-11-01T09:00:00+00:00" },
"request_id": "3f2a9c0d1e4b5a67"
}One base URL serves both environments: the key decides whether you work in test or live. Call GET /ping when your application starts and check that env is what you expect (test or live).
Quote, then book
A booking always starts from a quote. The quote returns offers, one per vehicle type; you book an offer by sending its offer_id.
curl -X POST https://paxvelhub.com/api/v1/quotes \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PAXVEL_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"from": { "iata": "AYT" },
"to": { "address": "Regnum Carya, Belek", "lat": 36.8620, "lng": 31.0560, "country": "TR" },
"date": "2026-11-20", "time": "14:30",
"passengers": { "adults": 2, "children": 1 },
"luggage": 3
}'Pick an offer and book it:
curl -X POST https://paxvelhub.com/api/v1/bookings \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PAXVEL_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-H "Idempotency-Key: order-10045" \
-d '{
"items": [ { "offer_id": "of_eyJ2Ijo…", "flight_number": "TK2412" } ],
"lead_passenger": { "name": "Anna Peeters", "phone": "+32 470 12 34 56", "email": "anna@example.com" },
"reference": "ORDER-10045"
}'The response is the booking, with our reference (for example PXT-01234, or TEST-… in the sandbox) and its status. Continue with Quotes and booking for the details.
Try it without writing code
The console sends real requests with your test key from the browser, and the API reference lists every endpoint and field. The full specification is available as OpenAPI 3.1 if you want to generate a client.
