Going live

Live keys create real bookings that our drivers and greeters fulfil. Before switching on, we check together that your integration handles the whole flow correctly.

1. Complete the sandbox checklist

The checklist under Dashboard → Go live fills in automatically from your test traffic:

• a test key was created,
• a quote was made (POST /quotes),
• a test booking was created (POST /bookings),
• a booking was retrieved (GET /bookings/{reference}),
• a booking was cancelled (POST /bookings/{reference}/cancel),
• your server IP addresses are registered (send them under Questions),
• recommended: a webhook was delivered to your test endpoint.

2. Check the details

• You store our reference and show it in your confirmation and to your support team.
• You send flight_number for airport pick-ups and a mobile phone number for the lead passenger.
• You do not show on_request or offered bookings as confirmed.
• Selling to travellers (B2C)? Use instant_only so no booking waits for confirmation (see Quotes & booking).
• Card-paying accounts: you send travellers to payment_url and wait for confirmed.
• You use an Idempotency-Key for POST requests and honour Retry-After on 429.
• You verify webhook signatures.
• API keys are stored only on your servers.

3. Request live access

Press Request live access and tell us your planned launch date. We review your test traffic and usually reply within one business day. You receive an email when live access is approved.

4. Switch over

1. Create a live key under Dashboard → API keys.
2. Set your live webhook URL and deploy the signing secret.
3. Replace the test key in your production configuration.
4. Make a first real booking you can monitor (or tell us — we will watch it with you).

Keep using your test key in your staging environment; the sandbox stays available.

• Urgent operational matters for a specific booking (for example a traveller who cannot find the driver): call our 24/7 operations line in your booking confirmation, with the booking reference.
